When Stacy Gupton was an art education major at the University of Wyoming eight years ago at the age of 21, she suffered a major stroke. Now after several brain surgeries and years of rebahiliation which included re-learning to walk and talk, Gupton is a comissioned artist. She was determined to pursue her passion for paiting and life in general. This segment is not only about the challenges of recovering from a life-changing stroke; its about a young woman's determination and courage. It was produced by Steve Costin and appeared on Wyoming Signatures in December 2012.
